Feminine Time Management for Moms isn’t about getting more done.
Mom life in our modern culture often includes
· Overwhelm
· Guilt
· Shame
· Doubt
· Worry
· And Anxiety
These feelings leave our brain confused and stuck, making it near impossible for you to even consider planning or executing a plan.
When it comes to our thoughts about who we are, our worth as a person, our parenting, our children, our value, we as moms are usually our biggest critics.
“Yes, I’ll stay longer to help finish this project for my kids teacher” And it turns into all day and compromises your health goals because you didn’t plan for a healthy meal and here you are with vending machine options.
“Yes, I can take you to the airport at 4am” Even though we just met and waking up at 3am is not normal for me. (This is actually the event that let me know I was done with people pleasing, What was I doing?! And what for?!)
“Of course I’ll help with the Girl Scout fundraiser”
“Sure your Jack Russell can stay here while your on vacation” (I had 3 cats, not fun)
“No, I don’t need help, I’ve got it.”
“I’m fine.”
“It’s no big deal.” (when it’s a very big deal. Cue resentful mom)
“I don’t remember the last time I sat down and read a book, I just haven’t had time.”
“Mom, I need clothes for tomorrow morning!”
“Ok I’ll just stay up a little later.” (btw 4 hours of sleep works for no one)

(Just clean 10 minutes a day! Set reminders on your phone to exercise! Get up just 20 minutes earlier! )
and not how to handle your brain’s resistance to change, how to show up when you don’t want to, or how an off week doesn’t mean starting over or burning the whole thing down.
